HOW TO CALCULATE VOLUME WEIGHT
Definition of light and bulky goods: The so-called light and bulky goods are goods whose volume is greater than the actual weight.
Light and bulky goods are calculated according to the following formula:
INTERNATIONAL SERVICES:
1. International Door to Door Express Delivery Service (Door to Door)
Chargeable Weight = Length x Width x Height (cm).

2. Air Freight Service (Port to Port)
Chargeable Weight = Length x Width x Height (cm).

DOMESTIC SERVICES:
1. Air Freight Express Services:
Chargeable Weight = Length x Width x Height (cm).

2. Road delivery services:
Chargeable Weight = (Length x Width x Height) x 300 (m).
CHARGING METHOD
Payment Charges = (Net price x fuel surcharge x other fees if applicable) x 10% VAT
WEIGHT APPLIED FOR CHARGING:
1. Actual weight.
2. Convertible weight
* Note: According to the general regulations of the Airlines,Vietnamese andInternationalLaw on Post, between the actual weight fact and the weight convertible by volume of a package, whicheverweight is greater will be applied to charge.
